Raja Ampat, the Archipelago Paradise in Indonesia


Raja Ampat is one of Indonesia's beautiful tourist places to visit and discover. It's an archipelago area located in the west of Bird's Head Peninsula on Papua Island, Indonesia. The name "Raja Ampat" comes from the local myth about four kings who occupy the main islands of Raja Ampat. This place consists of 612 islands with 4 main islands: Waigeo, Misool, Salawati, and Batanta. Because of its flora, fauna, and marine preservation, Raja Ampat has been named as one of the top 10 waters around the world. Raja Ampat has some of the best marine tourism in Indonesia, including diving tourism. There are lots of beautiful fishes and sea corals inside the sea of Raja Ampat to discover. In fact, 75% of the entire fish species in the world can be found in Raja Ampat. With its tropical climate and breathtaking atmosphere, this place is really great for a vacation on a sunny day.
